Strong relationships are one of the biggest components of our happiness, and as it turns out, success. The types of relationships we have are obviously very different in context - but the same principals apply to making people satisfied:
 
Trust! Being honest, even when the news is not the best, will earn you a lifetime of loyalty.
Communication. Often, fully, and openly.
Setting expectations. When you say you will do something, you do it. Anything less will lose that person's faith for a long time.

I work to instill these simple, but vital ideas into life every day to make sure my customers, colleagues, bosses, friends, family, and even random people i have a short chat with, are happy with our interaction. 

I also like to solve problems, with the end goal of there being only winners. Sometimes this means that one, or all sides have to give a little, but everyone should come out ahead.

Giving back is crucial. I am fortunate to work for a company that is heavily involved in our communities, giving back some of what we are lucky to earn.

Otherwise, I like math, business, sports and wine. And I hope we can chat sometime soon.
