Ontario Condominium Director Certificate Program

Ontario condominium directors have important responsibilities. That’s why CCI has offered an Ontario Ontario Condominium Director Certificate Virtual Program to provide condominium directors with a general understanding of their obligations, establish best practices for good governance, and foster a positive community culture.

1. Mandatory CAO Director Training Requirement: "Please note that this training does not replace the mandatory director training provided by the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO). All condominium board directors in Ontario are required to complete the CAO's Director Training within six months of their election or appointment, as stipulated by the Condominium Act, 1998."

2. Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credits: "We are pleased to inform you that our sessions are approved by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) as eligible for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits. General Licensees are required to complete 10 CPE credits annually to maintain their licenses."  cmrao.ca
