Stephanie Sutherland is a condominium lawyer with Cohen Highley LLP, working with condominium corporations, property managers, Boards, and unit owners. Stephanie is a former CCI-GHC Board member, and currently sits on the CCI-GHC Conference and Professional & Business Partners Committees, the CCI-GRC Board and Education Committee, and the CCI-N Finance & Risk Management Committee. She is a frequent speaker at CCI events and authors articles for condo publications. She obtained the (former) ACCI designation in 2015, and the LCCI designation in 2022.

Matthew has been involved in the management of condominiums and rental buildings on a full-time basis since 1998. He is a member of the Association of Condominium Managers, Canadian Condominium Institute, Real Estate Institute of Canada and the Better Business Bureau. He has lectured on such topics as reserve fund studies, future funding programs and investments plans. After five years with our company and successfully managing a large portfolio of properties, he was appointed to the position of Vice President. Matthew brings to our company a strong working knowledge in condominium management and has prepared various training and resource manuals, including effective operational and control procedures.

Upon completing her business degree, JJ worked in the agricultural and insurance industries before joining Wilson Blanchard in 2017. JJ quickly adapted to the condominium management industry and has excelled at managing high-rise, townhouse and vacant land sites in addition to commercial condominium properties. She also has a great deal of experience dealing with Tarion first year projects. JJ obtained her RCM designation in 2020 and assists in training, recruiting and mentoring new condominium professionals within the organization.

Patrick Greco is a partner in the Condominium Law practice group at Shibley Righton LLP, where he enjoys the full perspective gained from providing both solicitor and litigation services to condominium clients. As a solicitor, Patrick helps Boards and Property Managers navigate the day-to-day issues they face. He is a firm believer that good written and oral communication, empathy, and a pinch of humour and creativity can help condominium corporations handle even their most difficult problems. Patrick views chairing a challenging owners’ meeting as an opportunity to resolve concerns and build community. Originally a litigator by training, Patrick has represented clients on numerous matters before the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal of Ontario. With a significant background in commercial and construction litigation, he often appears before the Licence Appeal Tribunal on Ontario New Homes Warranty Plan Act (Tarion) matters. In addition to the CCI-T Education Committee, Patrick sits on the CCI Toronto Education Committee, the CCI Golden Horseshoe Professional Partners Committee and the CCI Golden Horseshoe Conference Committee.
